Chronic cough, cracked voice
My dad seems to have a cough issue from a long time. When he speaks we can feel some cough stuck in his throat since his voice is not clear... He coughs it out sometimes but we still feel tat his chest might be full of cough.
Last year he underwent paralysis attack. May be after that he started having this issue.
As you said he had a paralytic attack ..so there might be chances that he got vocal cord paralysis . This happens in case of paralysis and also causes change in voice with sputum stuck feeing .
Needs to do laryngeal endoscopy to rule out the cause .
Till then you continue Tab Relent -OD once a day for 5 days and steam inhalation

It can be due to sinusitis or due to sputum in the chest.. we need to rule out both and treat accordingly .. for now he can take tablet pulmoclear 1 tablet in the morning and tablet telekast l at night.

Take a x day of paranasal sinuses and x ray of the chest and meet a pulmologist/ ent surgeon .. consider online consultation in this pandemic situation
