Chronic cough and breathlessness.

She is suffering from quick bouts of breathlessness with walking. Cough and chest congestion has aggravated over three years. We can also hear sounds from her chest when her breathing is forced. In a routine check up for watery eyes, eye specialist advised range of tests (attached) to rule out Sarcoidosis. Chest x-ray, HRCT chest and Angiotensin converting enzyme and Extranuclear antibodies test show some aberrations. Is this a condition that needs immediate attention and medication?
