I have contipation frm last 7-8 months i have taking fiber diet and drinking 10-11 ltr of water but still i feel constipated and recently i found this in my stool.Is their any major desease i have ? please help

The stools seem to be not of constipation type. Otherwise it appears normal. Undigested food particles seem to be there. Discuss in detail.
