My anal fissures are not healing, they have now become chronic, now 3-4 yrs old and i have skin tags also (sentinel pile). I have applied various ointments like nitrogesic , diltiazem etc but no relief. I have heard butox injections can provide relief. Pl give me contact details of an experienced doctor who can administer such injections.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The treatment will be decided after examining the case thoroughly.
