Go for composit buildup...it is best option in this tipe of front tooth fracture... Avoid hard food from front tooth.

Hello sir,          Hope you are doing good. The front teeth can be restored. You can go for permanent solutions such as root canal with a crown to prevent further destruction in tooth. Cementing the tooth cannot be guaranteed as it is a front tooth and if you bite anything the restoration can break. The better option is root canal with a crown

Few options u cam opt from are :- U can go for 1) ceramic capping 2)zirconia capping (costly) 3) Composite built-up 4) Laminates () These options vary in cost as per ur location so choose as per ur budget
