Do bile acids test and can decide the delivery time . if she crosses 37weeks then deliver it by induction. If before 37weeks, depending upon bile acids, NST, usg reports need to take decision. Itching cannot be ignored. She should take udiliv tablet and lactocalamine lotion for local application .
Next Steps
So bile acids and follow up with me by online or in clinic consultation for precise diagnosis
Health Tips
Strict baby movements observation should be done. Daily fetal Movement count by the mother is very important. If movements are less, consult doctor immediately
