My husbands' Cholesterol, Total, Serum level is 246 mg/dl . is it in a high risk?

Hello dear patient this report is higher than normal report. Other things in lipid profile report has to be seen to decide if he requires medicine or only exercise and diet control would be sufficient enough for him.
