Vegitarian bland diet with least oil n spices.salad before lunch and dinner. Curd is good.dal with least tadka. In between meals cucumber n CHANNA of250ml milk without
sugar use stevia leaf extract in place of sugar although u r not diabitic.
Brick walk twenty minutes morning and evening.yoga n pranayam for ten to fifteen minutes. Ok. Continue Medicin as advised. Ok.
