Hello docter, PFA of my report, pls suggest me some medicine to get solved fastly and also it does not comeback . Marriage is on plan, cyst will affect my fertility in future?

Medicine 1-Kanchanaar guggle 2 bd before meal 1-Arogyavardhani vati 2bd after meal 1-Syrup Dashamoolarista 15 ml bd empty stomach With equal water Take all medicine 45 to 90 days Avoid-Maida and its products            Dairy and its products             Gluten products             Sour food.
