As your concern is the looks, I assume you do not have any pain or sensitivity. So mostly likely a very small part of the tooth might have chipped off.  Mostly in cases like yours a good tooth colored filling will be ideal option. The next best would be ceramic veneer. Nevertheless, a good clinical examination and also an xray may be required to design an accurate treatment plan.

Your front tooth may be inflamed or infected.  Plz take proper x-rays to diagnose a possible root canal infection.  If needed u may need to do a root canal therapy.  Otherwise a simple class 3 filling with a cosmetic material may do.  A crown followed by root canal may be needed though.  only confirmed after thorough clinical evaluation and x-rays.  God bless u.

U need to see a dentist immediately. After taking an x-ray we can decide what treatment has to be done.

Hello. Fractured tooth has various treatment options depending on the extent of damage to the tooth, and the time lapse from the time of injury. The case has to be diagnosed properly and then treated. Please visit your nearest dentist for a check up.

Firstly, Visit ur dentist, treatment would depend on condition of your tooth, if it is not involved till pulp cosmetic build up would solve out the purpose, otherwise treatment would involve r.c.t. Ahead of any other procedure so Visit your dentist for proper treatment....
