First of all  avoid  bottle  feed  to  baby  Give  breast feed   if  inadequate then  wati spoon feed  only 2nd  upto  3months  of  age  Don't give  importance to  motion  If baby  pass  20times  per day  that is also  normal  or  pass  once  in  4-5 , days  that's  also  normal  till  baby  pass  urine  adequately
