Chickenpox Scabs After Treatment

Hi Its my chickenpox Day 13 today and all my blisters have turned into scabs . I have around 15-20 blisters on my face that have turned into scabs. My concern is that when can i begin to follow my skincare regime? And When is it advisable to use soap on the body and face? And how long will it take for the scabs to fall off? Looking forward to your Revert.
