Chicken pox scars
I had chicken pox in 2013 and now iam having pitted scars on my forehead and nose which is not getting disappeared . I had also micro dermabrasion treatment but didn't see results. Can you tell me how can I remove these pits . iam like in depression because of that.
Chikenpox scar are deeper scar and usually not respond to laser or microdermabrasion, either you should go for punch excision and closure or subscision. After subscision depending on the clinical condition other modalities like laser or topical medication can be tried which can decrease the scar visibility.
