Chicken pox

Hi, my partner (female age 25)has developed rashes from yesterday morning. It looks like chicken pox, rash all over her face, chest, back and hands and legs in the gum. Also she has severe fever since day before yesterday and body pain. The rashes are increasing in intensity leading to more itch. She is just using calamine for the bumps and dolo 650 for fever. Is there any medicine like antiviral which she can have to decrease the symptoms
