Dear Doctor, It's been 12 months of anti TB treatment. Can anyone please check attached chest X ray report and suggest what does this mean?

Advice on TB treatment cannot be given by just looking at the x ray. You need a complete evaluation

Hello,    These are old tb changes . Please do a HRCT chest plain scan and consult pulmonologist.

You have already taken twice as long treatment for TB If it is not MDR Kindly stop the treatment And repeat sputum AFB/CBNAAT if symptomatic

Appears to be post Tb sequele. However, pl do sputum for Afb for 3 consecutive  days,and sputum for cbnatt test.pl consult Pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
