Hello, most patient with tubercular pleural effusion complains of chest tightness when on treatment ( recovery) .... It's mainly because of pleural thickening. Mx- deep breathing exercises can solve this problem. Throat irritation is a sign of allergy for which anti allergic medication can be taken. Saline gargle and steam inhalation can work.    Thank you

Your pleural effusion has been resolved. There may be some discomfort after resolution of pleural effusion, which subsides on its own.
Next Steps
Chest Physiotherapy is helpful. Review with reports.
