Chest tightness, palpitations & Anxiety

After lockdown I sometimes feel anxious and I have some indigestion issue symptoms like gastric or acidity. Recently I'm having some chest heaviness that too above my left side chest. It feels like very anxious and fear. Sometimes I get some shoulder pain and muscle pain. While touching I feel some dull ache above my left chest. I checked my oxygen level it looks normal. But whenever I think something about my health my heart races like anything and started with chest pain. I was very healthy before lockdown. This is happening only after that. I want to know the reason for the issue. Please let me know what needs to be done. Because of this I have some dizziness sometimes.

Base on your history, it looks like due anxiety. First don't see news about covid and any health neews for some days. Based on symptoms u described pain is not cardiac . Go cardio exercise , avoid news channels for some days . Don't read any health news or articles for some days . U will be alright . If still feel symptoms consult doctor.

Hi, Do you have any other illness or taking any medications? Do you have gastritis or ulcer problem previously? Better to take ecg as a basic investigation and consult with a doctor.
