From last three days i am feeling tightness in my chest and difficult to breath... I do not have any other problems What should i do? Is it due to gastric problem or something else Breathing problem comes and goes in between I am worried what sholud i do or which medicine should i take

What about other symptoms, Do you have cough/cold? It can be due to allergic problem or may be because of gastric reflux

I need more details.. do you have fever? Or stomach upset.? What times, how & when do you have breathing difficulty?? Lack of smell sense?
