Chest pain while taking deep breath

Hello,. My 16 year old brother is facing extreme pain in his chest when he takes deeper breathe. He is facing this problem minorly since couple of months now We thought it could be due to junk food, but he has left eating junk food since 8 months. Now, whenever he takes deeper breath, his chest hurt.

Hi noted above history. As you mentioned above symptoms are could be related to gastric inflammation symptoms related ulcer formation Which needs evaluation and related issues??
