Good noon air / madam, whenever i shout or talk louder, yawning and burping, also when crying my chest left is and neck is paining so much the pain is very sharp and dull ache kind of pain am panicking so much wenever i get this pain , is this normal ? Please replyyy pain in throat also and Neck nerves are paining alottt especially wen i talk louder please any tablet should be taken is this heart related ? Done ecg echo troponin long back but can normal thank you
