My wife surfing chest pain since 10 days i done ECG report is normal what i do pls sugest me ECG REPORT UPLODED PLS REPLY

ECG shows poor R wave progression from V1 to V3 Get a Trop T test done and a 2D echo done If both come out normal she should undergo a stress echo to rule out CAD
