I am having chest pain for months now. It increases with neck movements Before it started I was lifting bed for exercise. Is it possible that there some bone or muscle problem that is giving non stop chest pain for 24 hours. Earlier we thought it's gerd and took medicone like pantoptazole and antacid for 5 months but no help .
