My brother is feeling chest pain from two months and cough please syggest me some scans and test and medicines for treatment he is goverment teacher in uttar pradesh

Chest pain and fever can be present in any case of pneumonia , tuberculosis and heartfailure as well To begin with we can do a simple xray chest and ECG and decide further ..Also if there is sputum production with cough May need sputum examination for gram stain ,fungal stain and AFB stain Thankyou
