Dear doctors, I am having chest pain frequently more than 2 months. In last 2-3 months I have done Four times  2D echo, 3 ECG and 3 TMT stress test and all have normal report. Even though I am having chest pain frequently. I have done chest X ray which is turn out normal only. When first time I have done echo my ejaction fraction was EF- 72% . In fourth time echo test my EF was 60%. In just two months my EF is drastically reduced from 72% to 60%. Do I need to worry about my reduction in EF?? Please guide me about my chest pain & reduction in EF. Thank you.
