Chest Pain during Sleeping

I am having a regular chest pain every time at  different areas that comes and goes. I am facing this problem mostly during sleeping time. Please sugeest the possible diagnosis and treatment for the same.

Hello, thanks for choosing practo , You didn't elaborate your health problem.. but don't worry.. kindly do the tests following, CBC RFT ,HBA1C ECG, ECHO LFT TFT If possible you have enough money to TROP T level also, let me know your economical status, family problem in private chat.. thank you.
