Chest pain, Dizziness, Palpation

2024-01-27 19:27:31
I have chest pain from last 7 months.. My ECG And Echo cardiogram normal report. Few months I got cervical spondylitis and antral gastritis. I don't know why my chest pain still remain. Even I took Vitamin D tablet. I did a full body check up where Vitamin D is low. Sodium is low. T3 in and T4 normal but TSH a bit high. ESR is a bit high. Can anyone tell me what is the reason for chest pain and feeling tired?
