Chest pain and upper back pain

Some time my right side chest pain and some time my upper back from last 6-7days. If i switch off my ac and sleep it gets better and now after so many days its not going. Sometimes its gets better and sometime it pains while turning. No shortness of breath, no fever, no headache.
