Have a lump in left chest just below nipple ( 1.5 inch approx ) from last 6 years. Recently experiencing little discomfort/ pain in stomach region ( upper abs betweens the rib cage portion ). The discomfort is normally noticed at night when i lie down for sleep and after lunch. ( frequency daily for some time ) Also experiencing vision blurring with headache ( less frequently ) About to visit doctor in 1-2 days. Please suggest medical tests that will confirm that the symptoms related to cancer or not.
