Chest contraction pain

I am facing chest contraction or muscle tightness in chest area,did ecg and other tests it was normal and doctor said its beacuse of gastric and gave medication asked to take untill the pain is relieved and then to stop,but now again i am getting pain,please say the treatment

If u were feeling better with u r above medications and again recurring without medications shows clearly of gastritis etiology
