I am having congestion in chest since 6-7 days.. no fever and cold... shortness of breath and tiredness is there... taking girilinctus bm and monte up lc since 3 days but there is no improvement

is there any old history of congestion ?? are other signs like wheezing , allergy to dust and smoke present , family history of similar complaints , past episode of similar complaints .. then kindly see the pulmonologist
