Chest back shoulder and back pain left

I have chest, back shoulder and pain in my arms constantly. I do not have any heart related problem as all test were done and doctor also said the same. But have constant pain or kind of discomfort in chest back shoulder and arm left side. One of my doctor suggested physiotherepy but am not quiet sure. Or is it only coz of acidity?

Posture corrections must. Avoid computer work. Do physiotherapy. If you HV gastric issue with Physiotherapy tk gastric medicine. And core strength exercises
