In my previous question I didn't add pictures so I deleted that and I am posting the same question again, Hi, my breast area remains swollen it's mostly noticeable around the nipples, it generally remains swollen and gets stiff when simulated by something like cold wind. At first I thought that it's just body fat and will go away with time but when a few people pointed it out, it kind of made me cautious towards it and later came to know about gynecomastia and now I am confused if it's fat or gynecomastia.
