Recently right breast surgery done.iam forwarding my reports.and iam in pre menopause stage .whether chemotgeraphy and harmonetheraphy necessary for me or not?please let me know...Even Identified at an early stage also...all theses treament needed.?

Yes you would benefit from chemotherapy and hormonal treatment. In case your breast has been conserved, you would also need local radiation therapy to reduce the risk of recurrence
