Cheek pain after facial paralysis

I had been suffering from facial paralysis since 4 months. It was almost cleared but still some time I feel heaviness in my other side of face and also my cheek near the ear(affected side) is paining. I had also suffering migraine since last 23yrs. I afraid that may again facial paralysis reoccurring . Please suggest me what should I do?

if the pain is sharp and always one sided then this could be trigeminal neuralgia.  if not then this is migraine headache only
