Hello welcome As per your query here is your answer. 1. Chyawanprash can take anyone and in any season. It should have to take one tablespoon in morning for adults. 2. For children it has to take one spoon in the morning. 3. If chyawanprash is made from fresh Amla fruits then it has to take only with water. You cannot take it with mil as it has fresh Amla fruits in it and both are opposite food. If you have more questions you can ask Regards, Dr Nikul Patel Ayurveda consultant Maninagar, Ahmedabad, India
