Hi, I got erythomatoes gastritis after consuming too much alcohol without food for a week. I followed diet & symtoms seems well now. My only question is Can I take chapathi & Oilfood now. How long do I need to follow the diet?

Hi,  better to follow a strict diet. Also would require few medications depending upon Liver Function tests report. Gastritis takes 6 weeks to heal.
