Done with shoulder bankart surgery arthoscopy after multiple disclaoations like around 6 times What are chances of re disclations after surgery in future .. I heard atleast 5% are again affected .. So how should I be careful .iam not sportsman

If you are a non sport person you have nothing to worry about… your postop rehab will be enough for your normal daily life
