My wife age 26  is under first ovulation induction today follicular study report 3 follicle size 17 17.3 16 respectively Kl k liye HCG 10k ki bola h I m tensed about multiple pregnancy Plzz reply report is attached

You can't be so lucky to get all the three follicles rupturing in good time and getting all the ova fertilized and progressing normally. If you get that, be happy.

You need to understand that the chances of getting pregnant with follicular monitoring and ovulation induction is not more than 20 to 30% So you can relax about multiple pregnancy and just hope that you get pregnant this cycle
