Hot fomentation is the only thing which ‘may’ work other than surgery. Antibiotic ointments do not have a role in Chalazion. Don’t waste time and money.

Please start azithromycin ointment twice daily foe a week. However I will suggest you see a specialist as chalazion treatment needs more than hut warm compressions and antibiotic ointment . You need to see lid specialist (oculopalsty)
Next Steps
Fix an online or offline appointment with oculoplasty surgeon

Hi, Chalazion generally does not resolve with antibiotics and warm compresses. It may need surgical procedure to get it removed. Please consult local ophthalmologist for further management.
