Hello, It's because of cervical spondylitis, blood test is not right place to look.
Just go for x- ray (Lateral and AP view) cervical region and you will get your answer.

If all your blood tests are normal it could be due to cervical spondylosis or middle ear infection. Sometimes there may be visual causes or cerebellar causes too.
