Can i use Cetyl Alcohol Moix Xl cream on Face and body. I was given this cream by a dermatologist for reduction of some dark mark on my leg. Since its a moisturiser can i use it on my face and body like a regular moisturiser? I am using it since 20 days and its very good on my skin since i have a dry skin. Can i continue using it?
