Cervix open 2.8mm at 19th week

It's 19th week scan. Today again we checked cervix , it's 2.8mm cervix open and 28mm length. 1st pregnancy lost at 11th week. Now doctor advised to continue susten200 capsule and take one more scan after two days. If we continue the same cervix will be closed ? Please advice.
