Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy

My mother is suffering from Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy. At present she is being treated with medicine therapy and physiotherapy . Following medicines are being continued at present: TRD MD 50 tablet, Tab carnisure 500, Cap Rablet-D, Tab Mirago 25 mg, Tab Dianorm - M OD (60/500), Tab vizylac rich,, Tab rifigon 550, Tab Maplecal-K2, Tab Zindee 60 K, Tab bitter- plus. Although today is the 15 th day of her treatment, she has not been able to recover completely. Report of CEMRI OF CERVICAL SPINE, MRI OF LUMBSACRAL SPINE, X RAY OF CERVICAL SPINE,X RAY OF DORSO LUMBAR SPINE can be forwarded if required for providing necessary advice. Thanks..

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Details are much appreciated but make it very clear,  MRI and x-ray are just a tool to check status of soft tissue inside body but will not show how flexible your body is.  Your mother is suffering from flexibility and strength issue at neck and lower back area. Correction of these will solve the problem.   Medicines are of no use except vitamin d plus a good diet is best rather than medicine.
Next Steps
see a physio specialised in trigger point therapy and posture correction and in couple of weeks she will recover 40% and it will take 3-4 months to see full recovery.
