Ur X-ray shows there is loss of cervical lordosis.
1. Avoid using thicker pillows
2. Avoid bending forward and working on ur phones and computers
3. Continue Physiotherapy exercises( neck strengthening exercises)
4. If still not recovered. Get MRI of cervical spine.
