The symptoms your mother is experiencing are related to significant cervical spondylosis involving the nerve roots. To determine the extent and severity, she may need an MRI of the cervical spine.Cinnarezine is an antihistamine used in the treatment of dizziness and vertigo.

Spondylitis is degenerative condition of the spine and it's progress can be stopped. Avoid neck bending or much turning around, use a thin hard pillow for sleeping,  instead of thick one. If problem severe, use cervical collar for spine, during working hours.
Next Steps
vertin and cinnarizine are different molecules but act to control vertigo. She can take either one of them. For further help, connect online.

You mentioned: • Dizziness • Numbness in hands, legs, and head • Backache • Occasional imbalance These suggest nerve compression in the cervical spine (possibly involving vertebral artery or spinal cord), which is common in moderate to advanced spondylosis. Cinnarizine: • A vasodilator and antihistamine, sometimes used for vertigo and dizziness. • It’s also helpful in improving blood flow to the brain, especially if there’s poor circulation due to spondylotic changes. • It’s generally safe, but may cause drowsiness in some people. NOT A PRIMARY TREATMENT FOR CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS (used as a supportive treatment) Also, please mention your mother’s age for a better understanding of her condition. As women age, declining estrogen levels—especially after menopause—lead to reduced calcium absorption and bone mineral density. This increases the risk of osteoporosis, which can contribute to degenerative changes in the spine, such as spondylosis. Advise: X-Ray AP & Lateral -> Lower Back and Neck Calcium levels and bone density Hope this helps!
Next Steps
Kindly refer to an orthopaedic
Health Tips
1. Avoid high pillows 2. Ergonomic chair 3. No sudden neck movements

Greetings 1. What’s age of mother ? With time they develop Cervical and lumber spondylosis (low back ache), 2. This is generally due to lo Ca and osteoporosis which is impossible to heal. Sometimes bones may start compressing on nerves which lead to numbness . 3. She needs X-ray AP and lateral both lower back n neck. Then her treatment can be started according to her stage of bone density.
Next Steps
X- ray must, bone density can be done after a while if expensive . Since bone is unable to support body properly- u need to encourage Har to strengthen muscles. I have given u quite basic idea but before starting medicine- consult a doctor. Me or anyone else u trust. Hope she gets better soon
Health Tips
Milk,, Little walk to build muscle
