The neck pain with radiation to Arm may be due to nerve root compression. The causes may be disc prolapse, facet joint hypertrophy,  any other structures. So clinical evaluation of the compression status along with radiological investigations will defenetly pinpoint the problem. Depending on the casuse treatment maybe drugs / interventions/  surgery.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I would suggest you get a mri done and consult a orthopedician.  We need a detailed history.  Is there any pain at the shoulder joint? As of now you can take a tab. Myospaz-th twice a day after food for 3 days. Apply diclogel over the affected area and consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
