I am having cervical neck pain with severe headache from 3 months Along with shoulder pain and knees pain and fatigued knees while walking... Tests done Xray of knees and cervical : Normal Rf, Uric acid , vitd3 , vitb12, esr, cre protoen, tsh , Brain mri, xray pf cervical everything came normal What it can be ..? Help
