She is having cervical issue which starts from Neck and goes through left arm. She has sever pain in shoulder, arm, neck. Pls help.

She needs evaluation and treatment. Begin with proper neck posture and avoid very high pillow. No neck jerks. Continue painkillers for few days Can take hot fomentation and oint for pain. If no improvement consult.
