Central incisor
My central incisor were broken then i had both RCT then both caps were pasted on my teeth, few years later caps came out with the broken teeth.. now i don't have teeth as it came out with the caps.Is the caps process was temperary done by dentist. I dont have complete straight teeth and my first premolar is slightly towards inside. So what should i do so that i can get those permanently fixed.

You need to visit for a dental consultation along with X Ray evaluation. Without clinically evaluating you, can't comment on your past treatment. Cap process is a permanent solution but certain care needs to be taken post treatment.
