I done cect whole abdomen for my father he is a colon cancer patient!!! Cect scan report is.......... IMPRESSION: F/U/C OF CA COLON SHOWING... Focal eccentric wall thickening in mid part body of stomach along greater curvature with perigastric fat strandings with thin fibrous band extending from stomach to left lateral abdominal wall adjacent to splenic flexure of colon with 45x24 mm wall based soft tissue in left lateral abdomen. (Likely local recurrance). • Focal defects in anterior & left lateral abdominal wall with small focal bulging of small bowel loop. What's the meaning of this cect whole abdomen report ? Report is okay or not please sir help me about this ?

Hi As per the report it’s looking like recurrence of the cancer
Next Steps
Get CEA, colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy, biopsy from the lesion at the time of colonoscopy
